The injured employee was behind the continuos miner as the miner operator was moving the miner to the next face, the slack from the miner cable caught the employees legs and knocked him down. The time difference from the reporting date and date of injury is due to waiting for the employee to be scheduled for a MRI suggested by the attending physician.
