## Narrative

Employee was pulling air bottle cart backwards & tripped over cable. The cart's handle fell across his thighs causing contusions. He was transported via ambulance to the hosp because he couldn't stand the pain & given pain meds enroute. Employee almost coded several times. Admitted to the hosp with internal bleeding not related to job injury. Now discharged from hosp.
