Narrative

Employee was removing sections of guides from cement mill discharge bucket elevator. In the process, the employee struck the grating above him with one of the beams, causing cement dust to dislodge and fall into his face. Dust subsequently got into his left eye and caused irritation. He was given prescription medication for the eye.
