A roof fall occured in the 1 Main East, crosscut #71, from the intersection of #8 entry through the intersection of #9 entry. The fall measured approximately 70'X19'X6'. The area was supported with 6' tension rebar bolts and #9 entry was xd-out with 9' mega bolts.
