EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A BROOKVILLE MANTRIP. HE ATTEMPTED TO STOP AND REALIZED THAT HE HAD NO BRAKES. THE MANTRIP RAN BACKWARDS FOR 1350' STRIKING ANOTHER MANTRIP.
