INJURED WAS WORKING ON A BRATTICE WHEN HIS LEFT KNEE SLIPPED OFF A BLOCK & BRUISED IT AGAINST THE MINE FLOOR. * THIS INJURY WAS NON-REPORTABLE UNTIL 11/01/05 AT WHICH TIME HE HAD SURGERY.
