## Narrative

Employee was attempting to move a 42"" vent bag over to the side, as it was in the way for hanging grade chains. He was attempting this while standing in the bucket of a 2-yd loader. He lost his footing & fell to the ground. The fall caused a fracture of his left leg & a crack just above his right wrist.
