## Narrative

EE proceeded to cross over pipeline (to retrive a tool from truck) by placing her Left hand on pipe and stepped on pipe with her Right foot.  Her foot slipped on the pipe, causing her to loose her balance.  She fell over the pipe falling and striking the ground on her left shoulder.  Pipeline was slick due to rains.
