EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A HAMMER DRILL ONTO THE BACK OF A FLATBED TRUCK. THE LITTLE FINGER ON HIS RT. HAND WAS SMASHED BETWEEN THE HAMMER DRILL & THE END OF THE TRUCK BED.
