## Narrative

preforming a turn & under cut on the motor generator unit, mgu of dragline #10, #2 hoist generator. He working in a limited space area had his rt hand crushed. He made an attempt to turn off the ADU due to it, Motor bucking back and forth as placed his rt. hand on the guard to reach the off switch, ADU broke from its weld shifting forward crushing his rt hand.
