## Narrative

Driller helper was attempting to tighten water swivel on rod string when driller engaged lever with incorrect selector switch setting.  Driller rotated rods, forcing 36"" pipe wrench into helpers hand and compressing forearm between wrench handle and mast support strut.  Report is late due to discussion with MSHA regarding proper jurisdiction over drill site.
