WHILE REPOSITIONING A WASH DOWN HOSE, THE HOSE SPRUNG FREE FROM A SNAG AS THE EE PULLED CAUSING HIM TO FALL BACKWARDS HITTING HIS HEAD & THEN HE ROLLED ONTO HIS RIGHT SIDE.
