## Narrative

Employee was lifting a pump over the belt in #3 Entry, in Main A, beside #2 Head. While lifting the pump, he was swinging it over the belt, his feet became stuck in the mud - just under his knees. As a result of lifting and swinging pump over the belt and having his feet stuck in the mud, he had severe lower back pain that increased as the day went on.
