## Narrative

Employees were removing hoist cables from #26 D/L.  They were using small winch cable to pull cable through lugs. First employee asked injured if his hands were clear but he did not respond.  First employee bumped the house winch which resulted in injured employee's finger getting smashed between the Hoist Drum and the winch cable.
