Narrative

Employee was helping hang vent tube. It fell and struck him on the head straining his neck. Employee reported that the orthopedic surgeon stated ""massage therapy"" was okay, but bills came in suggesting regular physical therapy. On 11/16 physical therapy treatment was confirmed.
