Injury occurred while this employee was swinging the bolter head in to drill the inside bolt hole.  He slipped on a piece of rock and landed on another hurting his ribs.  Cause of this injury was safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equipment/systems not a factor.
