## Narrative

Employee attempted to remove a piece of lumber that was underneath a job box in the bed of a pickup. The lid of the tool box was in a raised position, the employee placed his left hand in the jamb of the lid, and pushed upward on the box to free the lumber, this caused the lid to close smashing his left hand.
