Narrative

Employee was pulling rocks off of the Continious Miner. When he pulled one off, the rock hit the ground and landed on another rock. A piece of rock flew up from the ground and struck the victim just above the eye, just above his safety glasses. This caused a small laceration that required 4 stitches.
