Narrative

Employee was pulling casing from drill hole. One section of casing got the threads hung up. Employee attempted to twist and pull the section of casing and felt a sudden onset of lower abdominal pain. This became reportable on 12/05/05 when employee was placed on restricted duty after seeing MD.
