## Narrative

While making repairs to a false ceiling a board being used as walkway broke in two and the employee fell through the ceiling tiles landing on the floor. EE was taken into hosiptal via ambulance. He was release that day by dr was told to take it easy for the weekend that ee would experience soreness and bruising. he was given pain pills to help this.
