Narrative

EE was using a 3/4"" ratchet drive to tighten flange bolts on dredge shell. EE attempted to put all his weight on handle by picking his feet up off the ground. The drive gears slipped causing EE to fall to the ground in a tucked position. Initial complaint was foot pain and over the next few days and weeks his back began to hurt.
