## Narrative

While plate cleaning the operator had to move the plates manually by hand.  Usually mill operations uses a plate bar to assist moving the plates, but there is a wash water mounting bracket in the way so the operator had to use his hand to move the plate and one side moved faster than the other.  The plate fell off the rail and pinched the employee's right hand ring finger.
