## Narrative

Employee delivering water cooler to work station had parked truck beside train track. While standing behind truck at tailgate, railcar hit front passenger side of truck, causing water coolers to launch off bed of truck.  One cooler struck employee, causing him to fall to ground, resulting in pain to his right shoulder/flank, hip, and knee.  MD placed him on work restrictions.
