Narrative

Employee was preparing to begin bolting on the left side of the miner in the #1 entry of 8 North Faces. He observed the top, set his ATRS and then reached for his starter auger when a rock fell out from under the first strap outby. This rock hit the chuck of the miner bolter and then struck him in the left thigh.
