## Narrative

Employee was helping guide the low track fork lift, the operator was trying to pick up a load of resin. When he attempted to back up the low track slid and the fork struck EE's left leg in the knee area. He is on restricted duty. X rays and cat scan were taken no broken bones. He returned to work on 12/15/2005.
