Narrative

EE was drilling face in underhand conventional stope using jackleg. When trying to retrieve drill steel from completed hole, felt pain in left shoulder. Turned in a minor inj. report. 12/1/05 he stated still experiencing pain in shoulder & wanted to see a dr. Dr. prescribed anti-inflammatory & issued work release w/no limitations. During follow-up suggested PT.
