Narrative

EE slipped & fell while carrying a PC into the tire shop office. He hit his mouth on the PC & suffered 2 lacerations below the lower lip (1 inside, 1 outside). Also broke a tooth. Taken to local dentist. It took 2 stitches to close outside laceration. There was add'l damage to 3 more teeth. A root canal was done on the broken tooth because of an exposed nerve.
