A roof fall occurred on the 4B panel in entry #5 at crosscut 5, spad #25600. The cause of the fall was weak laminated shale. The fall blocked the 4B roadway to #4 unit. Production was halted on the section, the roadway was re-routed and production resumed. The fall area was timbered off.
