EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING OUTBY AND TOOK OFF HIS SAFETY GLASSES TO WIPE SWEAT FROM HIS FACE AND WAS UNAWARE HE HAD B-BOND ON HIS SLEEVE WHICH GOT IN HIS RIGHT EYE.
