Narrative

Employee was tying ""sta form"" - As he was tying he removed his gloves. He then reached to stretch ""wire mesh"" tight. As he reached his hand came in contact with the sharp edge. He suffered from a laceration approx 1"" long x 1/4"" wide. He received 7 stitches to left (dorsal) hand.
