A roof fall occured in the 2 Main North Parallels, #1 entry, in the pillar line between crosscut #48 and #49. The fall measured approximately 75'x19'x6'-8'. The area was supported with 6' tension rebar bolts. An undetected slip was determined to be the cause of the fall.
