EE WAS INSTALLING 10' ROPE BOLT.  THE BOLT BENT WHILE BEING PUSHED IN.  EE HAD HOLD OF BOLT, INTENDING TO LOWER POT.  HE HIT WRONG LEVER & BOLT SPUN, HITTING HIS RIGHT WRIST & CAUSING LACERATION.
