Narrative

The employee was cleaning along belt 16. As he attempted to raise the belt scraper from the belt, limestone dust from the immediate area blew into both his eyes, causing irritation and redness. He was able to flush out the material from his right eye, but not his left. As a result, he was transported by a supervisor to receive further medical treatment.
