## Narrative

Employee was off work on Monday due to neck pain and suspects a cumulative trauma situation. He stated he was leaning against the rib and felt a sharp burning pain go right side of back near spinal column. Felt no other discomfort during the remainder of the shift. The next morning he woke up and was unable to move his head. The condition is believed to be work-related.
