AFTER PERFORMING CLEAN UP WORK, THE EMPLOYEE STOOD UP TO STRETCH INJURING HIS KNEE. EARLIER IN THE DAY THE EMPLOYEE SLIPPED CAUSING PAIN TO THE SAME KNEE.
