EE was standing on a process line to access a valve & close it. After closing the valve & preparing to leave the area, the ee slipped & fell, hitting his back against the flange of a 3"" discharge line. He returned to his office where the pain in his lower back became intolerable. EE was examined at St James hospital where he was treated for a back strain/contusion & released.
