EMPLOYEE STATED THAT WHILE INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL FROM THE ROOF & STRUCK HIM ON THE LOWER BACK. EE WAS TREATED & RECEIVED 10 STITCHES TO HIS LOWER BACK.
