EMPLOYEE WAS PHYSICALLY PULLING A CONVEYOR BELT WHILE REPLACING THE LEACH FEED CONVEYOR. (EMPLOYEE DID NOT REPORT INJURY TO EMPLOYER UNTIL MID-SHIFT ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.) *** Initial diagnosis from the Dr. indicated that this would be a reportable injury. Further investigation has found that this injury was not reportable & is a first aid case only.
