## Narrative

The employee was shoveling to clean up around a stockpile.  A rock rolled down from the stockpile striking the employee on the left ankle/foot.  Initially, the injury was thought to be first aid only.  On 1/30/06 the employee went for his third medical evaluation with a fourth evaluation scheduled within 2-3 weeks from 1/30/06.
