Narrative

Leadman(EE) was assisting repairmen remove the 32"" Dia. steel end cap from the NE Trunion of the #4 kiln inside the burner bldg on the 1st pier. While handling and lowering the end cap to the concrete pier, EE got his middle left finger caught between the 3/4"" eye bolt attached to the cap and concrete causing crushing to the tip of finger. Surgical repair on 1/26/2006.
