Narrative

Employee was using the umbilical cord to tram the continuous miner, boom first, out of 3 heading towards 3 left break. While negotiating the turn, he was walking outby the continuous miner boom when another employee called to him causing him to be distracted and the continuous miner struck his left foot resulting in a fracture.
