Narrative

EE & co-workers were attempting to lift FCT machine using both wood & air bags. The machine was partially lifted, pieces of wood had been placed under the machine for support. When more air was pumped into the air bags, the weight of the FCT shifted causing a chunk of wood to pop out under pressure striking his left abdomen. Sought treatment 1/23 & started missing work.
