## Narrative

Employee was helping his crew adjust the hoist ropes on D-34 Dragline. A boom truck was being used to pull the hoist rope socket wedge while he was hitting the back of the wedge with a sledge hammer. The hoist rope came loose and struck him on his right leg. On 2/1/06 he was diagnosed with a slight fracture of the right tibia.
