Narrative

While ee was servicing the TDD 388 dozer, he climbed on the right side of the dozer tracks. He leaned over to place tools on track. As he straightened up he lost his balance causing him to fall on the push arm then falling the rest of the way to the floor hitting his head. He was transported by ambulance. EE had a sprained knee & was given RX for pain & 1 day off work.
