Narrative

Employee was using a universal impact wobble socket. The socket came apart and the key way struck his hand resulting in a laceration. Cause of this injury was safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment a factor (gloves), miner proficiency a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor.
