## Narrative

EE states that over the past several months, he has had increasing pain and swelling in his right hand.  His right arm also goes to sleep while operating equipment.  Referred to an orthopaedic physician and diagnosed with right carpal tunnel syndrome.  Employee has not missed any work time or been restricted as a result of this illness to date.  Notified of diagnosis 2/2/06.
