## Narrative

The injured was operating the continuous miner in #6 left when a large piece of rock fell onto the mach. He then turned to run and was struck by a second piece of rock that fell from between the last two rows of bolts. Rock was 75""long by 52""wide by 6""thick. Taken to hospital, being treated for fractures to right leg, left ankle and pelvis.
