Employee was using a buffing wheel on a pencil grinder to remove rust and dirt from a hauler exhaust system to prepare it for repairs when a particle of dirt got in his right eye. He was taken to the Henderson Hospital where Dr removed the particle (not imbedded). A prescription was issued.
