Employee reported: Operating continuous miner cutting an underpass on #5 unit. When walking down back of area previously cut, stepped in a hole hyperextending left knee. 4 weeks later when taking a stress test (not job related) his knee locked when walking on treadmill. Went for medical treatment. Continued to work all scheduled shifts til 2/8/06.
