EE stated having increased pain in his left knee due to repetitive motion of normal activities as a shuttle car driver. He has operated a shuttle car for 24 years. Over time his knee has gotten worse with no specific incident. An MRI on 2/2/06 showed some changes in the knee. His doctor has him off work in therapy & may have surgery. Started missing work due to the illness 2-3-06.
